Job summary

MRPC is seeking a dedicated Process Engineer for our manufacturing locations. This hands-on role partners with site management and the manufacturing and project teams to oversee the implementation of new processes and ensure products are ready for production with upfront tooling input.

The ideal candidate has a technical education in Plastics Engineering, Engineering, or Polymer Science and at least five years of molding experience, with a strong track record in applying scientific molding

Qualifications

• Five years of molding experience, with emphasis on scientific molding principles.
• Experience partnering with site management and manufacturing/project teams.
• Ensure new products are ready for production with input to tooling.
• Cross-functional involvement in IQ/OQ/PQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of new processes in manufacturing.
• Partner with site management and project teams on production launches and variation reduction.
• Develop and train production staff in work methods, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
• Provide up-front input to Tooling to ensure readiness for production.
