MRPC in Butler, WI is seeking a Project Engineer to lead cross-functional teams from quoting through production launch for medical device components. The role emphasizes mold tooling review, APQP and DOE practices, and managing multiple suppliers.

Requires an engineering degree (Mechanical or Plastics) and at least five years in plastic manufacturing; ability to represent MRPC to customers and suppliers is essential. Onsite role with no relocation or sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Review part designs and basic mold features
• Familiar with APQP, DOEs, capability studies and cost impact of options
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple suppliers

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from quoting to production launch
• Review and approve part designs and tooling considerations
• Oversee molding processes including medical molding and silicone rubber experiences
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and MS Project charts
• Represent MRPC to customers and suppliers
