Job summary

MRPC is seeking a Process Engineer to partner with site management and project teams to implement new manufacturing processes in a hands-on role. This position focuses on production launches and reducing variation through scientific molding principles and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a technical education in Plastics Engineering or Polymer Science and at least five years of molding experience, with readiness to work on site at the Butler facility in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Required)
• Plastics injection molding: 5 years (Required)
• Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of new processes with site management and project teams.
• Provide hands-on process support for molding of a wide range of thermoplastics.
• Ensure products are ready for production with upfront tooling input.
• Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and train staff in methods and problem solving.
• Lead launches and variation reduction initiatives to improve quality and yield.
