Job summary

MRPC is seeking a Project Engineer - Plastics to lead cross-functional teams from quoting through production launch for medical device components. You will review part designs, mold features, and tooling concepts and drive schedules, APQP and quality initiatives. Candidates should have a mechanical/plastics engineering degree and 5+ years in plastics manufacturing, with strong communication and ERP skills. Work location is on-site in our Butler, WI facility.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Plastics) required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plastic manufacturing.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and ERP systems (IQMS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from quoting to production launch.
• Review part designs and tooling concepts and mold features.
• Manage multiple projects and suppliers with solid timeline management.
• Ensure adherence to APQP, DOEs, capability studies, and related quality concepts.
