Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Experience with automation, machine programming, and basic electrical engineering concepts.
  • Ability to read engineering blueprints, electrical schematics, and specs.
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 solder inspection training or willingness to complete.
  • Proficiency with shop floor tracking systems and drafting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting to minimize downtime and boost productivity.
  • Review schematics, blueprints, and specs for modifications and approvals.
  • Design or specify fixtures and tooling to streamline assembly workflows.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and collaborate with Quality on inspections and rework.
  • Support NPI, equipment validation, and cross-functional project tracking.
