Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in SMT PCBA and related assembly processes.
• Experience with process development, optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting new product introductions, tooling, automation.
• Knowledge of quality systems and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production methods to meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
• Support startup of new and existing production lines.
• Establish process controls and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot processes and address quality concerns.
• Design experiments to improve yields, cycle times, and utilization.
• Provide technical support for projects.
