Job summary

Ruveon in Soda Springs, ID, seeks a Process Engineer to provide day-to-day tactical direction, apply strong technical skills, and ensure safe, efficient manufacture of active ingredients or intermediates.

You will coordinate with planners, develop KPIs, and lead plant improvements while maintaining environmental and safety standards. A Bachelor’s in chemical/metallurgical engineering is required, and relocation is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering (or BS/BA completed by Aug 2027).

Responsibilities

• Makes tactical decisions and sets direction to achieve area performance goals related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability.
• Coordinates with production planners on timing and raw material availability.
• Develops and tracks key performance indicators.
• Investigates plant performance issues and proposes technical solutions.
• Serves as process expert for design, construction, and implementation of investment projects.
