Job summary

Ruveon in the United States is seeking a Process Engineer for Soda Springs, Idaho. You will lead process decisions, coordinate with planners, develop KPI tracking, and work with cross-functional teams on investments and upgrades in a dynamic glyphosate production environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in chemical or metallurgical engineering (or BS/BA by Aug 2027). Domestic relocation is eligible. The salary range is $63,040 to $94,560 per year, with potential bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Makes tactical decisions to achieve area performance goals (safety, quality, waste, capacity, reliability, operability).
• Coordinates with corporate and site production planners on production timing and raw material availability.
• Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Investigates plant performance issues and proposes sound technical solutions.
• Acts as process expert for design, construction, and implementation of investment projects.
