Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent by Aug 2027.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience, preferably in industrial/chemical manufacturing.
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems for process operations.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor with direction from leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for root cause analysis and reliability decisions.
• Solid written and verbal communication for technical documentation and drawings.
• Commitment to safe work practices and safety culture.

Responsabilidades

• Follow and contribute to Ruveon electrical norms, standards, and procedures; stay current with industry practices and safety methods.
• Support improvement projects including safety, yield, capacity, quality, and reliability; perform cost‑benefit analyses as needed.
• Specify instruments, control devices, motors, and other electrical components for plant applications.
• Review vendor information for instrumentation and electrical components for specific projects.
• Prepare maintenance plans to restore equipment quickly while balancing repair cost and future failures.
• Assist other engineers and technicians with instrumentation and electrical performance; provide technical guidance.
• Create/modify documentation for process operation, safety, and environmental regulations, including electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams.
• Engage in ongoing personal and team development while following safety rules.
• Support Site/Area Production System improvements and basic electrical maintenance as needed.
