Job summary

Westlake Roofing and Stone, part of Westlake Royal, is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes from inception to start-up. You will bridge engineering and plant operations, analyze data, troubleshoot equipment, and drive process improvements to meet strict specifications and evolving customer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and about 5 years of manufacturing experience, with travel up to 50% to support facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain product and process specifications.
• Develop BOMs in SAP and ensure alignment with production capabilities.
• Lead projects from scope through start-up and provide training materials.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot, and support process improvements.
