Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking Process Engineers to lead design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes across tissue and consumer products. Responsibilities include guiding teams and delivering projects up to $10 million from concept to launch.

Ideal candidates have Engineering degree, 3+ years, experience in tissue/pulp, and proficiency with SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma. We offer a safety-focused, inclusive environment with strong total rewards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years in technical or operational roles.
  • Experience in paper making (Tissue, Towels) is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience with manufacturing analysis tools (SPC, DOE, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product or process improvement projects with up to $10 million scope from conception to commercialization.
  • Provide leadership in design, development and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes to meet unit objectives.
  • Develop knowledge and skills to be recognized for expertise and leadership in applying engineering principles and project management.
  • Carry out all job responsibilities safely and develop equipment that meets safety codes and guidelines.
  • Assist in developing others and collaborating with diverse backgrounds.
  • Identify root causes and solve complex technical issues to achieve objectives.
  • Analyze and improve process capability to reduce defects and variability and drive business results.
