Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Lead Process Engineer will join the Research & Development team to develop and commercialize innovations for the Kleenex facial tissue business across tissue machines and converting assets, focusing on launching new products and building process capability at pilot and commercial scales.

The role requires collaboration across R&D, pilot plant, and mill operations with cross-functional disciplines, driving a culture of safety and integrity while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university.
• 3+ years of experience in product development or technology development, and executing consumer/technical studies.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence across R&E and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with scientific methods, planning, and interpreting technical literature for consumer research.
• Experience in executing consumer research through market research methods and tests.
• Ability to lead and direct team members not in a direct reporting line.
• Willingness to travel 15–25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in safety, ethics, quality, regulatory, and sustainability; support Human Resources Development and Diversity policy.

• Coach and mentor team members to raise technical proficiency and execute programs.
• Conceive and develop ideas for new or improved products, processes, and materials.
