Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Process Engineer to lead efforts in reducing losses and driving improvements on production lines. You will collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to implement standards and new equipment across multiple plants.

The role requires a STEM degree and manufacturing experience, with a strong emphasis on problem solving, teamwork, and proactive learning in a fast-paced environment. A significant travel component is involved.

Qualifications

• 75% travel required.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams.
• Motivated, self-driven and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and sites to find best solutions.
• Create and coach learning programs for technicians.
• Develop and improve standards to hit manufacturing targets across lines and support areas.
• Understand and work with state-of-the-art automated equipment.
• Deliver and start up initiatives, projects, and new equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
