Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Manufacturing Line Manager to lead a 24/7 beverage line with a safety-first approach and a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.

You will drive daily direction settings, coach line leaders, and deliver 90-day loss-elimination plans using IWS tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain world-class manufacturing. Strong leadership and data analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as manufacturing/operations supervisor (Bachelor's Degree/technical certification required)
• 4+ years experience as supervisor in beverage production, maintenance, or warehouse operations
• Experience delivering sustainable continuous process improvement programs
• Knowledge of data analytics and appropriate KPI's for measurement of manufacturing systems

Responsibilities

• 24-hours accountability for safety, quality, production, delivery, cost and morale and capability of a production line organization.
• Leads the manufacturing line Daily Direction Settings (DDS) meeting and coaches team leaders in this process.
• Executes 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and the line annual maintenance plan.
• Sets short and long-term direction for the production line and team, with accountability for staff operations.
• Owns the Daily Management Systems (DMS) for defect handling and incident elimination.
• Collaborates with line leadership to improve DDS and build capable, self-sufficient line teams.
• Provides development and coaching to direct reports; oversees recruitment, interview, and selection for a diverse workforce.
• Performs other duties as assigned
