PACCAR seeks a Process Engineer (Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company) to support Plant direction for Dynacraft’s process improvements. The role involves analyzing Business Relations processes, driving continuous improvement, and aligning with PLC and Aftermarket/customer needs. Location can be Louisville, KY or McKinney, TX.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and Six Sigma training, plus 3+ years in manufacturing or distribution with data analysis and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate independently with little guidance while contributing to a team.
• Excellent technical, verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills; capable of root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Self-motivated, organized, flexible and able to work in a high-volume operation.
• Experience with SAP/Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Study and analyze Business Relations processes with recommendations for improvement.
• Improve overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and remove roadblocks for Business Relations.
• Audit processes against Standard Work and maintain documents.
• Maintain training matrix and support cross-functional projects.
