Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Business Relations Manager to lead Dynacraft's Customer Service organization in McKinney, TX or Louisville, KY. You will oversee order management, credit/debit handling, returns, and customer support, while driving improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Materials, and Traffic to support new product launches and process improvements, developing high-performing teams and promoting customer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of customer relations experience.
• At least 3 years in leadership/management and SAP experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service and Order Administration teams.
• Build relationships with PACCAR plants, dealers, and external customers.
• Oversee customer order administration, credits/debits, returns, and pricing issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Materials, and Traffic to support new product launches and initiatives.
