Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Business Relations Manager in Louisville, KY to lead Dynacraft's Customer Service organization, including Order Administration and Customer Service Representatives in McKinney, Texas and Louisville, Kentucky. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and driving customer-focused improvements.

You will champion operational excellence, manage cross-location teams, and collaborate on new product launches and strategic initiatives to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; eight years of customer relations experience; at least three years of leadership/management experience; SAP experience.
• Preferred master's degree and Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement training.
• Manufacturing or production industry experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service and Order Administration teams across locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with plants, dealers, and customers; advocate for customers.
• Oversee order administration, credits, debits, returns and pricing issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency; lead Lean/Six Sigma projects.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Materials, Business Development and Traffic.
• Drive long-term operational improvements and support new product launches.
