Job summary

CyberCoders in Asheville, NC is seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and apply Lean and Six Sigma to boost throughput and quality.

You will develop standard work, PFMEA, process flow diagrams, and control plans, and collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and supply chain to upgrade equipment and balance lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering role (high-volume experience preferred).
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and proficiency with Excel, Minitab, SPC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and quality issues.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and cycle time.
• Design and implement standard work, SOPs, and control plans.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Develop PFMEA, process flows, and validation plans.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and supply chain to upgrade equipment and balance lines.
• Train operators on new processes and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs: yield, throughput, scrap, OEE, and process capability.
• Support new product introductions with process input and pilot runs.
