Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks a Process Engineer to support the Cleveland plant. You will help ensure products meet customer specs, optimize production flow, and drive lean initiatives on the factory floor.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, standard-work development, quality improvement, and involvement in maintenance programs and capital projects. A BS in engineering is required and PLC/packaging experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls) or related field.
• Experience on the plant floor with safety and process improvements.
• Experience with PLCs and packaging processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and resolve issues with shift supervisors.
• Develop and implement standard work to improve productivity.
• Maximize equipment efficiency and ensure product quality.
• Support maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
