Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks a Chemical Process Engineer to ensure safety, maintain product quality, and boost process efficiency in a chemical production environment.

You will actively participate on the shop floor, lead LEAN-driven improvements, and spearhead projects related to process equipment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a chemical production environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and product quality in a chemical production setting.
• Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency and waste reduction.
• Conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Develop and refine standard work to support LEAN principles.
• Oversee medium-scale process equipment projects with budget considerations.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
