Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support manufacturing processes and ensure product quality across plant operations in Ohio. You will lead improvements, optimize production flow, and implement capital projects while aligning with safety and ISO standards.

Required is a BS in mechanical or electrical engineering and 6+ years in a manufacturing environment, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 6+ years' experience performing engineering duties in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Continuous web/batch process equipment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of arithmetic, statistics and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and product specifications to set standards and reliability goals.
• Coordinate quality control objectives with the site plan to resolve production problems.
• Prepare production cost estimates and progress reports for management.
• Design measurement and control systems for plants based on lab and pilot data.
• Lead investigations into equipment failures and drive continuous improvement.
