Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Three or more years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Analyze production data and manufacturing trends to uncover opportunities for operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and production issues while working closely with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Support new product trials, product launches, and scale-up activities.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Develop work instructions, procedures, and process documentation to support safe and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive sustainable improvements.
• Assist with equipment evaluations, upgrades, and process optimization projects.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices throughout the facility.
