You will analyze data, implement process improvements, and support product trials while collaborating with Operations and Maintenance teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem-solving, strong communication, and project management to deliver sustainable gains in product quality and throughput within a fast-paced facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Three or more years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Three or more years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Web handling experience.
• Extrusion coating experience.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience supporting capital projects and equipment improvements
