Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Agricultural).
• 2+ years of process engineering experience in chemical or agricultural processing.
• Experience with troubleshooting, data analytics, and project management.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes and projects within the department, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Develop and track KPIs; identify improvements for unit operations.
• Utilize lean methods (DMAIC) to optimize processes and stabilize operations.
• Support troubleshooting and apply RCA tools for process upsets.
• Ensure documentation and compliance; coordinate with maintenance, controls, and quality.
