Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) in Enderlin, ND is seeking a Process Automation Engineer to provide plant support for process automation systems, troubleshoot and apply standard work to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will develop and modify control strategies, document automation hardware and software, collaborate with Operations and Technology Centers, and participate in safety initiatives and ongoing optimization projects.

Qualifications

Associates degree in a technical field is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Computer, or Automation Engineering preferred.
2+ years of experience with process control in an industrial environment.
Experience with PlantPAx or Aveva Intouch preferred.
Familiarity with OSIsoft PI and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

Provide plant support for process automation systems.
Develop or modify process automation controls and troubleshoot hardware/software.
Develop and maintain documentation of automation hardware and software.
Collaborate with Operations and Technology Centers to execute projects.
Support safety initiatives and Performance Excellence.
