Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years' experience with plant process systems.
• Willingness to work in plant environments with extreme temperatures.
• Delta V and D3ADM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with company expertise and technology partners. Apply innovative approaches as joint effort with Production and Maintenance.
• Assist new product development and new technology assessment.
• Support capital projects and startups, including the ten core Process Engineering competencies.
• Develop process simulation models to benchmark performance.
• Partner with Production to implement and transfer advanced process control (APC).
• Act as a resource and networking point for engineering colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop standard plant performance metrics and maximize shareholder value.
• Drive standards for engineering excellence to new levels; capture and propagate best practices.
• Develop communication and teamwork skills across functional and divisional boundaries.
