Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires a Ph.D. in chemistry or MS with 5+ years in organic/analytical chemistry; BS with 10+ years also considered.
• Ability to design, set up, operate and maintain lab and pilot equipment.
• Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, FT-IR, NMR, UV-Vis).
• Proven communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document complex experimental plans for process chemistry projects.
• Develop sampling procedures, analytical methods, and data analyses.
• Ensure safety standards and proper operation of lab equipment and reactors.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and ADM suppliers/contractors.
• Prepare status reports and presentations on research progress.
