Job summary

Danone is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for our West Jordan, Utah plant. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, optimize equipment performance, and partner with Line and Maintenance Leaders to drive reliability and standardization on the production line.

You will be the technical leader on the floor, using data-driven problem solving and reliability tools to eliminate losses, improve plant performance, and build staff capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with technical problem-solving and leadership capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance improvements.
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses through data analysis and continuous improvement.
• Partner with production leaders and frontline teams to establish standards and optimize operating procedures.
• Drive troubleshooting efforts and build technical capability across the organization.
• Support change management, validation activities, and process improvements.
• Develop and deliver technical training on equipment, processes, and new ways of working.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated manufacturing processes.
• Spend significant time on the production floor coaching teams and driving results.
