Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Process Engineer to strengthen technical capability, problem-solving, and performance across our plant operations. You will build and deliver technical training, lead problem-solving activities, and drive continuous improvement to eliminate losses and standardize processes.

The role emphasizes on-floor presence and collaboration with site teams, with a focus on SQCDMN results, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing with demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own daily management and problem-solving to eliminate process losses.
• Lead training and build capability across units.
• Define and standardize processes and procedures.
• Support change management and equipment improvements.
• Spend 60–80% of time on the production floor.
• Maintain safety and compliance in line with plant standards.
