Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required, preferably within an engineering discipline, supply chain, food science, or related field.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) process when Line Leader is unavailable.
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Standardize equipment and work processes.
• Train and develop self through corporate and external training.
