Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Jefferson, KY, seeks a Process Engineer (Production Engineering Specialist) to implement, control, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.

You’ll work with Production and Engineering to improve standards and enable high-performing production processes in our facility. Responsibilities include defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking and reapplication, and building team capability for technical troubleshooting and TPM-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of project/process management experience in manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• Alternative: Associate’s degree with 5+ years of project/process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify improvements to increase throughput and reduce losses.
• Lead process/equipment improvements and drive standardization.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams across facilities to share best practices.
