Qualifications

Experience planning and executing automation.
Lean manufacturing experience.
Expertise in Process Engineering techniques including optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience leading PFMEA activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Apply GM Manufacturing System (GMS) principles to identify waste, standardize processes, and improve efficiency.
Conduct PFMEA, cycle time studies, and bottleneck identification.
Manage and improve processes to boost uptimes, cycle times, and throughput; implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in a unionized environment.
Prepare detailed analyses related to manufacturing processes and projects.
