Job summary

The Kinetic Group seeks a Process Engineer in Arkansas to drive manufacturing improvements, analyze data, and lead projects that boost efficiency and reduce waste. You will collaborate across disciplines to implement changes and ensure processes meet specifications.

Responsibilities include training shop personnel, interpreting test data, and communicating results to management while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Hands-on experience with machining and manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD software.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate process changes and maintain process records and drawings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead engineering projects including cost improvements and capital projects.
• Write technical reports and present them to management and other interested parties.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing personnel and management.
• Provide technical guidance to production staff and train personnel in procedures.
