Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and lean principles.
• Hands-on experience with machining and manufacturing equipment.
• SolidWorks or CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate process changes and improvements; maintain process records and drawings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze production data to optimize utilization of people, tooling, and materials.
• Lead engineering projects including cost improvements and capital projects.
• Write technical reports for management and stakeholders.
• Communicate with manufacturing personnel and management.
