Job summary

Tindall Corporation, in Conley, GA, is seeking a Process Engineer for a full-time on-site role. The program includes comprehensive industrial engineering training across production, quality control, field operations, and support functions, followed by a technical training path in process analysis, work design, and labor reporting.

Qualified candidates have a college degree in Industrial Engineering or related ABET-accredited field and a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).

Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred but not required.
• ABET-accredited College Degree (4 years) in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete the IE Training Program orientation including time in production, QC, field, and support operations.
• Complete the IE Technical portion of the Training Program including process analysis, work design, work measurement, standards, plans, routings and labor reporting.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects with findings and recommendations presented to Senior Management.
• Perform work measurement projects at one or more plants and present findings to local management.
• Introduce and implement lean principles at assigned operations.
• Identify and document best practices and standardization opportunities across all locations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects across the business.
• Perform ad hoc report analysis.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
