Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer in the southeastern U.S., is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its training program. This role focuses on learning through rotations in production, quality control, field operations, and support services.

You will perform process analysis, work measurement, and lean initiatives, reporting findings to management and collaborating on continuous improvement projects across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related ABET-accredited program.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred but not required.
• Less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete the IE Training Program across production, QC, field, and support operations.
• Conduct process analysis, work design, work measurement, and labor performance reporting per Tindall standards.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects and present findings to Senior Management.
