Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in manufacturing with hands-on shop floor troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Experience with Lean Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence and operational reliability across manufacturing operations.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Support equipment upgrades, commissioning, and capital projects with documentation and cost justification.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process specs, and documentation for current products.
• Collaborate with safety and quality teams to meet ISO 9000/14000 standards.
