The ideal candidate holds a BS in engineering, has 3+ years in a related industry, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with CIP, SPC, and DMAIC is preferred, with Six Sigma training viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline
• 3+ years in Engineering in a related industry
• Strong leadership, people and communications skills, problem solving skills
• Experience and understanding of process systems, metrics, CIP and SPC
• Six Sigma training preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, control and prioritize a CIP list for your assigned area.
• Lead CIP activities for your assigned area.
• Control SPI documents by ensuring all documents are current, concise, and agree with BOM’s.
• Baseline and monitor process parameters identified as critical to quality (run charts, control charts, etc...).
• Lead actions to eliminate special causes.
• Identify and lead cost saving projects using DMAIC methodology.
• Control all other process related documents and ensure they are current.
• Provide process support for trials.
• Support root cause analysis of quality complaints.
