Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Control.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful manufacturing projects.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process strategies to improve production efficiency.
• Use Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to eliminate process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement new processes.
• Create process maps and flow diagrams using engineering software.
• Lead project management efforts for successful project completion.
• Develop quality control procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures.
• Provide training to manufacturing staff on new processes.
• Continuously monitor manufacturing data to drive improvements.
