Our Supply Chain and S&OP organization is vital for us to deliver accurate, customer-driven demand planning solutions to our strategic accounts. We are now looking for a Demand Planning Lead to join our team at Nefab Packaging - Americas.
As Demand Planning Lead you will be responsible for leading the monthly demand consensus process for high-growth strategic customers, gathering input from Sales Directors, Account Managers and customer-facing engineering teams. You will build collaborative planning relationships with customer supply chain counterparts, develop and maintain statistical forecasts and demand models, and lead the monthly S&OP Demand Review, presenting variance analyses, growth assumptions and forecast accuracy to leadership. You will also partner with Commercial and Product Management on new program launches, engineering design changes and end-of-life transitions. You will contribute to Nefab's growth by turning complex customer projections into an accurate, unconstrained demand signal that supports seamless scaling and reduces supply risk.
You will be part of the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and act as the primary demand liaison between strategic commercial account teams and operational supply chain functions. In the S&OP organization, you will work closely with the S&OP Supply Manager to hand off the consolidated key account demand signal and highlight demand surges that affect plant capacity and safety stock. You will also drive continuous improvement of the demand management process using Lean, Six Sigma and Nefab Way methodologies.
This role is remote/hybrid to include domestic and international travel to sites up to 10%. Preferred employee location is DFW Metropolitan area.
