Job summary

Danone is hiring a Process Engineer Intern in Minster, OH to support the Operations team in improving manufacturing processes and data analysis. You will work closely with line teams and engineering leadership on equipment optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and analyzing process losses and inefficiencies on production lines.
• Support development and implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and help track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with line leaders and frontline teams to maintain and improve operating standards.
• Help collect, analyze, and interpret process and equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis for process failures.
• Assist in maintaining SOPs and process control documentation.
• Participate in change management and validation activities for improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist in training materials and knowledge sharing.
