Job summary

Danone is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for our Dallas, Texas facility to own continuous improvement across manufacturing lines. You will lead problem solving, optimize equipment performance, and partner with Line Leader and Maintenance Leader to drive safety, quality, and delivery goals.

You will become a technical leader on the plant floor, using data‑driven tools to eliminate losses, standardize best practices, and improve overall plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Manufacturing experience with strong problem-solving and leadership skills preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve process reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Identify and eliminate process losses through data analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Partner with production leaders and frontline teams to establish standards and optimize procedures.
• Drive troubleshooting efforts and build technical capability across the organization.
• Support change management, validation activities, and process improvements.
• Develop and deliver technical training on equipment, processes, and new ways of working.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated manufacturing processes.
• Spend significant time on the production floor coaching teams and driving results.
