Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience designing and testing medical devices.
• Experience developing manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability.
• Ability to work in a cross-divisional, matrixed environment.
• Effective communication at multiple levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establishes processes based on product specifications.
• Evaluates process and design alternatives per design for manufacturability.
• Understands Cost of Goods Sold principles.
• Manages program compliance with Quality Control requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of new manufacturing/design technologies.
• Supports QMS, EMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures compliance with FDA regulations and company procedures.
