Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage or support projects including new production equipment, process improvements and cost reductions while supporting new product introductions.
• Provide guidance and work direction to other engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and technicians.
• Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations including driving validation strategies.
• Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput via Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Coordinate the design, procurement, build and debug of tooling, and implementation of machinery and test equipment.
• Coordinate, set strategy, and drive projects with cross-functional teams.
• Work with Product Development to ensure Design for Manufacturability.
• Support all Company initiatives in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and other regulatory requirements.
