Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer II to optimize existing and new manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness in a high-volume environment. The role includes leading projects, mentoring Level I engineers, and applying LEAN methodologies to enhance workflow and equipment layout.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage large project timelines and resources
• Provide oversight and guidance to level I Process Engineers
• Identify, recommend, and implement approved methods or process improvements
• Identify equipment, processes and tooling needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers
• Develop innovative solutions
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards
• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process
• Advise on corrective actions
• Ensure projects are completed on time
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Assist in price quote development and job costing reviews
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Actively participate in LEAN manufacturing activities
