Job summary

Cadrex is seeking a Process Engineer II to evaluate new and existing processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce costs, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.

The role also involves supervising Level I Process Engineers, driving lean initiatives, and delivering improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and production capacity while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage large project timelines and resources.
• Provide oversight to level I Process Engineers.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Optimize equipment, processes, and tooling to meet specs.
• Analyze workflow, space, and layout to improve efficiency.
• Maintain safe manufacturing systems while improving rates and yields.
• Develop innovative solutions and drive LEAN activities.
• Prepare reports and assist in price quotes and costing.
