Job summary

Black Eagle Defense is seeking a Business Process Engineer II to collaborate with government partners to assess current operations, analyze mission goals, and align processes with customer needs.

You will lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts, document configuration requirements, business rules, and system needs, and guide cross‑functional teams through IOC to FOC using industry best practices and COTS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or business field and 7 years BPR experience.
• 5 years experience using Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma) for GOT integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Government to assess current operations and processes.
• Facilitate BPR efforts and define processes and business rules.
• Plan, organize, and guide complex programs using COTS tools.
• Coordinate between project teams for enterprise-wide integration.
• Define capability delivery roadmap from IOC to FOC.
• Participate in IPT to establish trade-off criteria and document solutions.
