Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required with 1 year of engineering experience preferred.
• Associate degree in engineering with 2 years of engineering experience may be considered.
• High School Diploma with 4 years of engineering experience may be considered.
• 3 years of engineering experience in maintenance, design or process improvement preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Instrument & Electrical, Mechanical, Control/SCADA/PLCs and RCA/RCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor peers and shopfloor personnel.
• Support technical development of shopfloor personnel.
• Lead cross‑functional process improvements.
• Develop plans to improve performance using green belt concepts.
• Develop and manage project budgets for improvements.
• Support event response activities and implement better practices.
• Maintain standards for procedures and maintenance plans.
• Support global OFP collaboration initiatives.
