Job summary
DENSO in Maryville, TN seeks a Process Engineer to provide technical support to Production and Maintenance teams, driving quality, safety, and productivity improvements. You will develop plans for cost reductions and integrate new technologies into the production process, coordinating new products and engineering changes into mass production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 0-5 years in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proven development of processes, product and equipment from concept to implementation.
- Analytical & troubleshooting skills.
- MS Office proficiency; knowledge of robotics programming, PLC programming, AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance groups to improve quality, safety and productivity.
- Develop and execute plans for cost reductions with respect to 5M efficiency and new technologies.
- Coordinate the implementation of new products and engineering changes into mass production.
- Establish and maintain Process Control Plans documenting quality requirements and validation needs.
- Recommend capital investments to improve quality, safety and productivity.
- Create specifications for equipment, jigs and processes and oversee capital projects.
