Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with support departments (PM, PE, etc.)
• Troubleshoot/repair machine issues and support line improvements
• Monitor KPI-driven improvements for cost, quality and productivity
• Active member of TPM Kaizen teams and data gathering for management
• Observe operators for correct procedures and train others as needed
• Assist in monthly activity reporting with management
